    We have moved into our new apartment in Colorado! It took a while for the furniture to arrive, and we are so glad to get off the airbed and get into a real bed.     Taking the First Steps

    At the beginning of the year, it’s good to set direction, so Cat and I have had an in-depth conversation about our futures, primarily as they relate to health.  I am overweight, with very high blood pressure and I need to fix that before I go pop.
